Use this page to request deletion of your Donora account and associated personal data.

Request deletion by email
To request deletion of your Donora account, email us from the email address connected to your Donora account. This helps us verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Steps to delete your account
- Email support@donora.help with the subject “Donora account deletion request”.
- Include the email address used for your Donora account and, if available, your Donora user ID.
- Complete any identity or ownership verification we reasonably request.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data within 90 days.
Data we delete or anonymize
- Account and profile information, such as name, email, avatar, bio, location, and preferences.
- Authentication records and app settings where deletion is supported by our service providers.
- Saved campaigns, reactions, notification settings, and other in-app activity linked only to your account.
- Device tokens and push notification identifiers associated with your account.
Data we may need to keep
- Donation, payment, receipt, tax, accounting, and financial compliance records.
- Fraud prevention, security, dispute, moderation, and legal records where retention is required or permitted by law.
- Campaign or payout records needed to protect donors, beneficiaries, organizers, and the integrity of Donora.
Account and profile data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days after verification. Donation, payment, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where required. Security, fraud, dispute, moderation, and legal records may be retained for as long as needed to protect users, comply with law, or resolve an active issue, and are then deleted or anonymized.
Need only some data deleted?
If you want to request deletion of some data without deleting your Donora account, email support@donora.help and describe the data you want removed. We will review your request and respond with the available options.
